At An Urban Jungle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy carefully to understand the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns Process
- Initiate a Return: To begin a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue or reason for the return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Return/Exchange Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
- Our Responsibility: If you receive an item with defects—such as marks, damaged zippers, tears, inferior materials, significant color differences, or discrepancies between the advertised product and what you received—we will take full responsibility and cover the return or exchange.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you select the wrong size or color or decide you simply don’t like the item (and there’s nothing wrong with it), you may still arrange a return or exchange. In these cases, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return/exchange.
- Return Shipment Requirements: Please include a tracking or reference number with your return shipment and ensure your order number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive the item at our facility and verify its condition, we will promptly process your refund or exchange as requested.
Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Cancellations are accepted if your order has not yet been processed for shipment. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return the item in accordance with our returns policy.
Return/Exchange Conditions
- Original Condition: All items must be returned in the state they were originally sold—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached—and must include the original packaging.
- Single Package Return: Please ship all items included in the original order together in one package, using the same delivery service as originally used.
- Shipping Origin: Returns and exchanges should be processed in the country to which the order was originally shipped.
- Customized Items: Customized items cannot be returned.
- Responsibility for Costs: Except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, select jewelry, makeup, and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear (including swim trunks and suits) can only be returned if the sanitary seals remain intact.
- Defective Items: Items with defects or those that do not match the product description will be accepted for return at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
- Inspection and Notification: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
- Processing Refunds: If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within the processing time dictated by your bank or credit card provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
- Bank Processing Times: If you have not received your refund yet, please recheck your bank or credit card account as refunds can take some time to appear due to processing delays.

Exchanges
- Eligibility: We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for an identical product, please email us at [email protected] with photographic proof of the issue, and we will provide further instructions.
Shipping for Returns
- Return Address: Once you’ve contacted our customer service, we will provide you with the return address.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your item, except where the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
